In about 5% of reboots, device entries /dev/hdc and /dev/hdd for IDE/ATAPI DVD-RW/RAM and CD-RW devices are missing after boot.

Additional note: Module ide-cd is loaded. 
Manual calling of udevstart fixes the problem.
