I do an upgrade of SuSE linux 9.3 to 10.0 the installation wath full.
I redo an upgrade of previously install 10.0 but the system boot after CD1 and don't give me the loging screen.

localisation of the problem in messages are :
... running /etc/init.d/boot.local
Starting syslog services
.. Starting acpid
Starting HAL daemon
Segmentation fault at Wizard:ycp:372

Please always choose the correct version. And avoid compressing attachments.
I'm a bit confused: In the topic you specify the version as 10.1 Alpha2 and in the description you're talking about 10.0. So in which version does this error occur?

iso image Version seems to be 10.1 Alpha2
The Version contained in iso seems 10.0.42#Alpa2

Stanislav: This seems to be an issue, bug #133012 is a duplicate of this one. Also Alpha 2. I asked for more information there. I think this is critical.
