Soundcard not working after Upgrade from 9.3->10.0 (and yast2/sound fails)

This shows similarities to bug_#127738 and bug_#116417, but is not quite identical to those, hence I start a new bug-report here: After upgrading from Suse-9.3 to Suse-10.0 (retail version) my soundcard (Soundblaster Audigy-Player) was not working, i.e. no sound was playing, kmix showed a w/r-cross and kcontrol told me that no soundcard is found. With 9.3 sound was working fine with no problems (incl. 5.1-Surround). Even more strange was, that yast2/hardware/sound showed me two soundcards: 1) Audigy 1 [SB0090], Configured as sound card number <NoNumber!> with Driver snd-emu10k1 2) Not configured SB0090 Audigy Player/OEM Now, when I try to Edit (1) yast2 simply stops with y2log: [YCP] sound/complex.ycp:371 WaitForEvent: $["event":$["EventReason":"Activated", "EventSerialNo":4, "EventType":"WidgetEvent", "ID":`edit, "WidgetClass":`PushButton, "WidgetDebugLabel":"Edit", "WidgetID":`edit], "selected":"uniq.virtual"] [YCP] sound/complex.ycp:264 card uniq.virtual was not found! This can be caused by incorrect module parameters, including invalid IO or IRQ parameters." After trying an 'alsaconf' and 'rcalsasound restart' KDE sound was working (although amarok, xmms and banshee still were silent), but after the next reboot I had the same situation as before (no sound at all). Again after a manual 'rcalsasound restart' KDE sound was back and I realized that somehow there must be a problem with loading module snd-emu10k1. Hence I put a 'modprobe snd_emu10k1' in my boot.local and now I have KDE-Sound after boot, but still I can not reconfigure(edit/del/add) my soundcard in yast2 (simply stops or complains on IO or IRQs). Moreover, still I have problems with amarok, xmms and banshee, which might be a different problem though (when playing with alsa I once had them working, but can not get back to that state). hwinfo It seems like a yast2 problem. Also note that bug#131494 is also probably related. It seems that upgrade of sound configuration from 9.3 to 10.0 is not handled correctly.
