Beagle requires pdftotext and to install that, it has to install xpdf's menu entry - duplicating kpdf. Please split out (x)pdf-tools

There already is a subpackage xpdf-config which contains xpdf parts that are used by kpdf too. I will move pdftotext into this package.

I renamed xpdf-config to xpdf-tools and moved all the commandline tools into this package.
