The spreadsheet it also full of gibberish when I open it. If it'll be helpful, I can provide a copy of it.
Comment 3 Michael Meeks 2006-01-19 12:28:55 UTC
Yes - that'd be great if you can :-) it looks like an impressive error, may have security implications.
Comment 4 Michael Wolf 2006-04-18 17:12:10 UTC
I still owe you a spreadsheet. I was at home the day I received it. Hopefully I can still find it.
Comment 5 Michael Meeks 2006-04-26 16:11:28 UTC
no spreadsheet in some months, closing presumed fixed.

the spreadsheet in question

This is the spreadsheet that gave the warning.
Comment 7 Michael Wolf 2006-05-01 18:39:03 UTC
When I open that spreadsheet, I get a warning that the spreadsheet contains macros.

The unreadable dialogue shown in the attachment from #1 is, as far as I can tell, the same as the dialogue I see when I open the spreadsheet - with the fonts changed to Wine Marlett. (I verified this by copying the readable text to a writer document and changing fonts.)

Note: the Wine Marlett font comes with the wine package.

the text of the macro warning dialogue

You can change this document's font from Wine Marlett to something readable and back again.

Sorry for taking so long with this. I can't properly reproduce this anymore, but if you want to poke further I think you should have everything you need to do so.
Comment 10 Michael Meeks 2006-05-02 10:55:37 UTC
ok - thanks, it's prolly some horrific font selection problem.
If you can reproduce it somehow, can you assign to nopower@novell.com.

Thanks for filing the bug :-)
