The YaST2 Power Management Module contains the following help text in
the "Suspend Permissions.." screen

     "See /usr/share/doc/packages/powersave/README.suspend for details."

but there is no such file in SL10.0. :-(

I checked current STABLE sources, and didn't see a changelog which would
indicate this has been fixed.

I let it point to

/usr/share/doc/packages/powersave/powersave_manual.html

which seem to cover the suspend stuff.
