Description Carlo Baffè 2005-12-07 14:39:43 UTC
the documentation does not explain an example value for the parameter "sap gateway".

please add an example and explain that the value usually follows this pattern:
"sapgw" + <SYS_NR>

Sarah,

Please add the statements to the end of the "SAP Gateway ID" parameter description on page 19 (PDF) of the implementation guide:

The default form of this parameter is "sapgw<SAP System Number>". The default value is "sapgw00"

Also modify the "SAP System Number" description to be as follows:

The SAP system number of the SAP application server. This is referred to as the "System Number" in the SAP logon properties. The default value is "00".

I'll add this to the doc for Spitfire FCS.
Comment 3 Sarah Cole 2006-06-27 19:28:36 UTC
I've added this information to the SAP User Mgt. driver guide. This will be posted to the http://www.novell.com/documentation/idmdrivers/ Web site by Friday, June 30th.

Thanks!
