I was looking for the create_package_descr tool and found
it used to be included in the autoyast2-utils package that
seems to be missing in either Alpha3 and Alpha4.

The package can actully be found in the source dir:
http://ftp.opensuse.org/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-OSS-factory/inst-source/suse/noarch/autoyast2-utils-2.13.9-2.noarch.rpm
I guess it will be included in the forthcoming Beta release!?

fixed. autoyast2-utils will be on the next beta of 10.1
