Since kernel 2.6.14, the Trackpoint driver for IBM/Lenovo Trackpoint is part of the kernel. Although SuSE is shipped with several tools aspecially for configuring thinkpads (eg configure-thinkpad), there is no tool of option to configure the trackpoint with a gui. My suggestion is to add the tool 'configure-trackpoint' to the package list of future SuSE distributions.

We id some tests with it, some functionality would be useful to integrate, but not as a separate package.
