Bugzilla – Bug 141181
SLP installation fails after first reboot
Last modified: 2006-03-09 22:16:31 UTC
On my test system YaST2 can't find the path to install from nfs (SLP) and changes the path. From /data/SL10.1 to /data/SL10.2. It is also a problem to indtall from CD, on my system in the BIOS the CD is configured default "AUTO", after reboot 1. time the path coudn't by found again. When I explicite configure the CD (is a DVD-Rom) for CD-ROM the installation is working ?
Created attachment 61858 [details] the HW-Info File
Created attachment 61859 [details] the yast2 log
Created attachment 61860 [details] the yast2 start log
The log shows which of the cases? According to it, the correct path /data/SL10.1 was used...
the correct path is "/data1/SL10.1", yast shows me "/data1/SL10.2" after reboot. the network is also broken, the "default route" was no written? I do a new installation and send the fist Logs from Yast. OK
Created attachment 63025 [details] all logs from the last Test install you can find in the logs, the path /data1/SL10.2, the corerct path is /data1/SL10.1. I mean yast2 added the CD"2" to the path ??
In Beta2 the problem exists again
The problem exists also with SLES10 beta3.
