Description Martin Vidner 2006-01-04 16:34:50 UTC
In Sl 10.1 Pre2, hwinfo does not recognize a RT2500 card that works fine with SL 10.0. It is probably related to the new drivers used. (See also bug 141388)

Probably just driver broken, then. Joachim?
Comment 4 Joachim Gleissner 2006-01-09 14:11:50 UTC
The new Ralink drivers in 10.1 are named differently then they were in 10.0 (eg. rt2500pci instead of rt2500). I've sent snwint a patch for hwinfo, maybe it's not in 10.1 yet. Steffen?
Comment 5 Steffen Winterfeldt 2006-01-09 14:16:00 UTC
I have
    "rt2400",
    "rt2500",
    "rt2570",
    "rt2400pci",
    "rt2500pci",
    "rt2500usb",
Comment 6 Joachim Gleissner 2006-01-09 14:27:40 UTC
Good. Is it already checked in? STABLE does not seem to have it yet.
Comment 7 Steffen Winterfeldt 2006-01-09 14:58:45 UTC
Hm, good point. :-)
