Description Masaru Nomiya 2006-01-13 08:39:37 UTC
I've got segfault with mknmz of namazu-2.0.14 packages.
The perl-NKF-2.0.2 caused this, I suspect.
That is, perl-NKF-2.0.2 has got a bug, so it is recomended to use 2.0.4 or the later perl-NKF-2.0.2 by the namazu maintener, Mr. Teranishi.
I removed perl-NKF-2.0.2 and installed perl-NKF-2.0.5 with nkf205.tar.gz.
After this, mknmz works fine.

Cf. http://lists.suse.com/archive/suse-linux-ja/2006-Jan/0033.html and threads,

Thanks,

perl-NKF-2.0.5 submitted to STABLE, i.e. FIXED for SuSE 10.1.

The openSUSE product in Bugzilla is only for problems with the openSUSE wiki or with Bugzilla itself. Please reassign to correct product/component.

updated packages for SuSE 10.0 are in ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/m17n/10.0.
