This happens after updating to full-s390x from SLES10-Preview4. The checkproc script complains about NetworkManager not installed although NETWORKMANAGER=no is set in /etc/sysconfig/network/config.

Werner, NM is not GNOME. There is nm_applet to control NM, but there is also knetworkmanager.
This is of course a network bug.

Especially this bug is a bug of sysconfig.

Ahmmm ... please fix the entry for the maintainer script.
As long as /work/src/bin/maintainer reports
gnome-maintainers@suse.de it is somehow GNOME ... isn't it.
