Hi. I'm Alexey, and I want to change my email. 

What can be done ? I have not found this option in user preferences.

Your email address is managed not by bugzilla.novell.com, but by www.novell.com.

If you wish to change your email address, the URL is https://secure-www.novell.com/selfreg/jsp/protected/manageAccount.jsp

You will then need to validate your new address at https://secure-www.novell.com/selfreg/jsp/protected/validateEmail.jsp

We will consider it. However, the URLs in comment 1 are global for *all* customer-facing sites at Novell. I'm not sure it makes sense for bugzilla.novell.com to be the only site at Novell (besides www.novell.com) that contains such links.

BTW, the normal way to navigate to the account management pages is the "Customer care" links on the front page of www.novell.com (one under Company and one under Support).
