Bugzilla – Bug 144683
YaST should not ask "try again" when skipping mount of encrypted partitions
Last modified: 2006-03-04 19:04:42 UTC
While updating from 10.0 final to 10.1 beta1, I decided not to mount my encrypted /home partition and therefore pressed "skip" in the password dialog. Nevertheless, YaST2 asked me: "Wrong password. Try again?" (translated back from german, actual message may differ) This question is a good idea if someone entered a wrong password, but it is useless when "skip" was pressed...

thomas: i'm not sure if you are the right assigne, if not reassign, thanks.
This code is in RootPart.ycp and belongs to the yast2-update package. Reassigning to Jiri.
FYI: Problem still exists in 10.1 beta2
... and in beta3...
Fixed in SVN, will go to build today.
Works as expected in beta 6. Thanks!
