During the installation or later on additional package installation. the short package descrption is mixed (english/hungarian). we are ready to translate them but how can we do that?

I suppose this is really due to lacking translations... it would probably fall back to English then. I'll add Karl into CC.

If you really want to translate (some of) these descriptions, you can send us a textfile containing the package-names and the translations. There is no way for you to do this directly, because we have to add this into our package management system, this would be our job then.

Before you do anything, please wait for a comment of Karl.

Yes, the translations have to go into the package database (PDB).  Tomorrow, I can try to generate a template file (.po format) and send it to you for a test run.  I do not know whether we can add the translations to the forthcoming 10.1 release.  Maybe, this will have to wait for 10.2.  Andreas, probably can shed some light on this question.

I think we can add them easily but have to check this.  I don't know how it works either ;-(

Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED.

In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;(
