Untranslated text in '/etc/conf /Editor' tab

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up Yast & 'system' tab
2. Select '/etc/conf /Editor' tab

Expected Result: All text should be translated
Actual Result: All descriptions of hardware items in right hand pane are untranslated -see jpeg
