Untranslated text in 'Power Tweak'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up Yast & select 'system'
2. Select 'Power Tweak' & insert CD4 to install 'Power Tweak'
Expected Result: all text should be translated
Actual Result: All text in left hand pane is untranslated aswell as all descriptions in right hand pane
