Description Reinhard Max 2006-01-24 17:00:51 UTC
The pppd manpage mentions several options related to IPv6 that are not working with our pppd binary, because the HAVE_INET6=y makefile option is missing.

I'll shortly submit a fixed ppp package.

I've tested it myself on a 9.3 box with the ppp and libpcap packages from STABLE, and was able to connect to IPv4 and IPv6 peers via PPPoE.

I've also verified, that when the "ipv6" option is not given to pppd, no IPV6CP messages are being sent, so the default behaviour of pppd doesn't seem to change when enabling IPv6.

More testing would be welcome.
