Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "Power Management"
3. Click on the "Edit Schemes" button
4. The "Scheme Description" text for "Presentation" is not translated
Expected result: all text is localised
Actual result: some text is not localised

This will be fixed by the fix to 145149.
