These are kernel strings and ar not covered under the scope of SuSE 10.1 localisation.

Untranslated Text - System - System Services (Runlevel)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "System Services"
3. Then click on "Enable" button
4. Then click on "Continue"
5. The text in the dialog that appears is not translated
Expected result: all text is translated
Actual result: text is not translated
