Select "Network Services"
Select "DHCP Server"
Click on "Suivant"
The "Nom de domaine" field doesn' accept native characters

This is correct. The Domain name should not contain extended characters.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "Network Services:
2. Select "DCHP Server"
3. Click on "next"
4. Enter in native characters in the "Domain Name" field
5. The "Domain Name" field doesn't accept native characters
Expected result: field accepts native characters
Actual result: field doesn't accept native characters

Checked in French beta 4. Closing as Not a bug.
