Extended characters are not accepted in 'username' field in 'Group Management' tab.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up Yast & select 'Security and Users' option.
2. Click on 'Users' option & click 'Add'.
3. The 'New local user' window open & select 'User Data' tab
Expected result: Extended characters should be accepted in 'username' field.
Actual Result: An error message appears & extended charcters are not accepted in username field -see screenshot

This is correct. You cannot use extended characters for username.
