Untranslated text in PowerManagement option

Steps:
1. Launch YAST.
2. Select System - PowerManagement.
3. Press the Edit button and on the following dialog the Edit button again.
4. Expand the Frequency Scalling drop down.

Expected Result:
No untranslated text.

Actual Result:
'Dynamic Frequency Scaling' is untranslated
