When NetworkManager is used, the network interface that should be used for dowloading the release notes and online update cannot be changed. THe popup dialog is empty.

(The problem is in checking for an empty ifcfg list where in fact ifcfg-lo exists.)

Fixed in yast2-network-2.13.20 already.
