Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "Software"
2. Select "Online Update"
3. Click on the "New Server" button
4. Select the "Directory" radio button
5. Select the "Browse" button
6. The following text is not translated:
Look in
Directory
File Type 
OK
Cancel
Expected result: all text is translated
Actual result: some text is not translated
