Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "Hardware"
2. Select Graphics Card and Moniter"
3. Select "Keyboard" on the keft hand panel
4. The "Type", "Layout" and "Variant" drop down lists are not translated
5. Also, "Layout" and "Keytable" below this are not translated
Expected result: all text is localised
Actual result: text is not localised
