Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "Hardware"
2. Select "TV Card"
3. Click on the "TV Channels" button
4. The following entries on the "Frequency Tables" list are not translated:
Europe West
Europe East
Expected result: all text is localised
Actual result: text is not translated
