Please verify post in Beta 3. Other font issues have been fixed in Beta 3 so hopefully this will be too.
Comment 3 Li Wei Hua 2006-02-23 09:56:51 UTC
Not fixed for SCH in Beta 4, it still has the same issue.
Comment 4 Kerry OConnor 2006-02-24 12:13:27 UTC
Karl, this string comes from /opt/kde3/share/locale/**/LC_MESSAGES/ksmserver.mo. The text is fine in the files so possibly a font issue with the dialog.
Comment 5 Karl Eichwalder 2006-02-24 12:51:31 UTC
one of the KDE maintainers to check this, please.
Comment 6 Lukas Tinkl 2006-03-02 13:04:30 UTC
Honestly, two corrupt characters don't qualify for a major bug
Comment 7 Lukas Tinkl 2006-03-03 12:32:14 UTC
I checked and it works fine for me, it is, judging from the screenshot, most probably a font issue. You can select a different one KDE Control Center
Comment 8 David Boyle 2006-03-22 12:37:58 UTC
Fixed in Beta8.
