Bugzilla – Bug 146952
package selection fails during install when using multiple CDROM drives
Last modified: 2008-06-25 09:53:24 UTC
During the installation of beta 2 I have placed CD 1 and CD 2 in two different DVD drives attached to the same IDE channel. This usually worked in all versions since 9.3, but fails in beta 2. For some reason YAST tells me, that there is no product catalog on the CD. It appears, that the CD2 was inserted into the primary device and CD1 into the secondary, so obviously YAST does not search both drives anymore. Removing the CD2 from the primary device immediately gets it to work.
