Field doesn't accept native characters

Beta 1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select "System"
2. Select "LVM"
3. Install packages if prompted
4. Click on the "Add Group" button
5. Enter in native characters and click on "Ok"
6. An error message appears
Expected result: field accepts native characters
Actual result: field doesn't accept native characters

This is correct, should not accept extended characters.
