package arcad_eval is unavailable for usage, because english translation is missing (translation files has zero size):

but on official pages I found rpms for 9.3 with correct translations. see http://www.lx-office.com/LX/store/download/eval_arcad-bin-91-2.i686.suse93.rpm

Why we have such 120MB package in Multimedia selection, when it speak only in german?

What means the evaluation version, I didn't find in package any license file which talk about.

Arcad will provide a german/english version.

I checked arcdad.de website and found that there are some rpms available. They contain files with English translation. Our packages include files with the same names but they have zero size.

It would be no problem to download these files and add them to our package. Am I allowed to do it?

This bugreport might be obsolete meanwhile. arcad_eval has been updated meanwhile (by hvogel). I can't find any empty english files any more.

yeah i updated it to fix missing translations. sorry didnt know about this bug
