Bugzilla – Bug 147568
beagle-settings missing
Last modified: 2006-02-02 13:40:08 UTC
Default GNOME installation. Clicking "Applications" -> Utilities -> Desktop -> Search & Indexing results in an error popup: beagle-settings (No such file or directory).
Install beagle-ui. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 144606 ***
Will we add beagle-ui add to the Gnome desktop selection? Otherwise we would have to move the offending .desktop file to the beagle-ui package as well, IMO.
Some notes: The package is called beagle-gui. The .desktop files for those application being in beagle instead beagle-gui is already fixed. The beagle-gui package not being installed for GNOME desktop on SL 10.1 Beta 3 is afaik also already fixed.
Yes, its already been fixed for 10.1.
yes, with beagle-gui installed it works.
