Description Michael Calmer 2006-02-03 09:38:13 UTC
The package NetworkManager-gnome failed during installation.
Error in post section, maybe a missing PreReq: ?

2006-02-02 11:44:46 NetworkManager-gnome-0.5.1cvs20060130-2.i586.rpm install failed
rpm output:
/opt/gnome/bin/gtk-update-icon-cache: error while loading shared libraries: libexpat.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
 directory
error: %post(NetworkManager-gnome-0.5.1cvs20060130-2.i586) scriptlet failed, exit status 127

Not a network manager specific error. It looks like gtk2 did not get rebuilt properly against libexpat.
Comment 2 Ruediger Oertel 2006-02-06 16:03:15 UTC
gtk2 on beta3 is correct:
/mounts/dist/install/SLP/SUSE-10.1-Beta3/i386/CD3/suse/i586/gtk2-2.8.10-7.i586.rpm

probably a (beta-only) problem of update sequence.
at least NetworkManager-gnome does properly prereq qtk2.
