File /etc/sysconfig/proxy is not updated during profile change.
I've changed variables in _etc_sysconfig_proxy file  in /var/lib/scpm/profiles/Home/file/ and then I've switched profile to Home. After that I've checked /etc/sysconfig/proxy and this file wasn't changed.
