When Japanese is selected as the language of the first boot, the bitmap unifont is used for japanese letters instead of IPA truetype fonts.

The ipag.ttf is actually loaded with instsys2, but looks like it's not referred since IPAGothic is not listed in /etc/fonts/*.conf but only IPAPGothic.
