Description Vinay Khaitan 2006-02-12 18:01:35 UTC
Please provide the option to change the installation source(which used to be there earlier) at the time of installation.

IE, I want to change from hd:///cd1 to dir:///cd1 sometimes .
Comment 1 Michael Gross 2006-02-13 11:21:07 UTC
This probably wasn't dropped without a reason. Setting to Enhancement.
Comment 2 Jiri Srain 2006-07-17 13:48:15 UTC
You still have this possibility during installation, if you get an error popup, or? Or do you need it in other cases as well?
Comment 3 Vinay Khaitan 2006-07-17 15:05:09 UTC
I think, suse 10.1 has added this option back again. Thanks!
Comment 4 Jiri Srain 2006-07-28 10:52:08 UTC
SUSE 10.1 doesn't have option to change source URL during installatino, but for 10.2, it will be possible to change the source if its initialization fails.
