Description Serban Popescu 2006-02-13 16:26:00 UTC
Please fix this asap cause I had to install another distro. Even after a few reboots I could not log in. I would enter the nickname password- it seems like it is loading something and then I'm back in kdm- I log in again and again with the same result > back at kdm each time :(

most likely a dup of #143715
Comment 2 Michael Gross 2006-02-13 16:58:16 UTC
Yes. Serban: At first download and install the following packages:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.1-OSS-beta3/fixed-rpms
and delete ~/.font-cache* for your users.

If this still does not help, reopen this bug.
