start icewm
hit ctrl-alt-delete
click the "Logout" button or hit the L key

The "Logout" button doesn't respond (nor does any other button).

Right-clcking on the root window and selecting "Logout" works,
so this is not critical, just annoying. It worked OK in 10.0 IIRC.
