the files in /usr/X11/lib/X11/locale/lib/common  and in /usr/X11/lib/modules/input/* are not stripped.

Yes. --> Package xorg-x11-libs
> /usr/X11/lib/modules/input/*
Probably you mean gunze_drv.so, synaptics_drv.so and wacom_drv.o 
--> Packages:
    x11-input-gunze
    x11-input-synaptics
    x11-input-wacom

The others are stripped.

packages submitted for STABLE. Supposed to be fixed with Beta > 4.

this is a dup of bug #150940
Are you sure noone will ever need the debuginfo from these libs?
