In bugzilla, it' about 16:08 MST - and I'm going to bed soon ;-) because it's 00:08 CET here.

To be serious: it would be useful if people could set their timezone in the user preferences and the bug reports and comments would use this timezone.

If this isn't possible - what about using GMT? ;-)
