since swig 1.3.25 there is no longer a swig runtime library. so you can remove the dependency to swig from the Requires.

i just tested svk without installed swig.
also rpm -ql swig | grep -c lib64 doesnt yield anything on my x86_64 box.

we should check all other packages with swig in Requires. atm the swig package is 56MB and pulled in unnecessarily
