How to reproduce:
Open the "Keyboard Shortcuts" kcontrol section.
Observed behavior:
The "Save..." button is disabled, and gets enabled only if you modify something.
Expected behavior:
The "Save..." button is enabled, provided you've changed at least one thing there since KDE was installed.
