KDE Control module Printing Manager does not change the settings for banners.  When you want to change starting banner or ending banner the banner selections open and alows the change to "no banner" but when you close the banner selection window the change is not registered and always stays the "unclasified" banner.

I have re-instaled the printer and printer drivers HP psc1510 and the problem is fixed
