Just open few windows, then press F12 to activate the "Expose" plugin, next press  CTRL+F2 to open a launcher, and to finish, switch with ALT+TAB (plugin switcher). Well you're stuck in the switcher plugin.

I made so that panel actions like opening the launcher can't be done while using any of the plugins that grab the screen.
