I.e. myspell-french has
locale(OpenOffice_org:fr_FR)
locale(seamonkey-spellchecker:fr_FR)

So this only matches "french as spoken in france" but does not match e.g. "french as spoken in canada".

If this is intended, close this bug as invalid.
If not, please change it to only mention the language without the country, e.g.
locale(OpenOffice_org:fr)
locale(seamonkey-spellchecker:fr)

Stefan Hundhammer pointed out that also the following langs locales should be fixed:
bg_BG -> bg
ca_ES -> ca

I am going to fix it.
