The window opened by clicking "My-Computer" shows broken letters in Japanese locale.  The screenshow is below.

The new rpm ~coolo/rpms/kdebase3-*-30 seems to have a side-effect.

The icons in /usr/share/ are no longer displayed (e.g. firefox).

but not because of this. you need the changes in kdelibs3 to make this work again
