Summary states the symptom...

JavaScript console says: 

Error: installLocation has no properties
Source File: file:///usr/lib/firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js
Line: 3245

That line of that file says:

      if (installLocation.name in StartupCache.entries &&

which BuildID (in user-agent string) is the version which shows this problem?

That doesn't happen for me. There will be soon a new build on
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/mozilla/experimental/firefox/10.1/
Please test with that one.
