I booted the rescue system of Beta 6 and wanted to use dd_rhelp. But it bailed out saying that it needed 'bc'. I copied it from another machine and now it is running.

bc is missing from ddrescue's Requires, that's probably why it is not in the rescue system.

Added bc to rescue system.

ddrescue should probably require bc, then. Assigning to maintainer.

dd_rhelp is an optional helper, so a hard Requires may be overly strong.
OTOH, requiring bc is not a big deal.
Let me do this when we are past CODE10.

Closing old LATER+REMIND bugs as WONTFIX - if you still plan to work on it, feel free to reopen and set to ASSIGNED.

In case the report saw repeated reopen comments, it's due to bugzilla timing out on the huge request ;(
