Consider I have a project that builds for a number of distributions. Further consider that I have one helper package that is only needed on a subset of the distributions (because the other ones have similar packages already). Can I (and if yes how) exclude some distributions from building this specific package? If not consider this an enhancement request.

This is implementent in the backend, we may (or may not) want to add this functionality in the web frontend.
